Day 1

Welcome to Italy!

Arrive in Rome and transfer by coach to your hotel. Spend the afternoon at leisure discovering the Eternal City before meeting your Travel Director and fellow travellers for dinner and an orientation drive.

Day 2

Explore Ancient Rome and the Vatican City

After breakfast at the hotel, visit the Vatican Museums with a Local Specialist, including the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica. Continue to Ancient Rome to see the Colosseum and surrounding landmarks.

Day 3

Journey to the Floating City of Venice

After breakfast, travel north by coach through central Italy. Arrive in Venice and check in to your hotel before enjoying the evening at leisure.

Onwards to Verona
